Can you guarantee results?

Results are guaranteed given each party involved is committed to the work at hand and every project deliverable is reviewed within timely manner. This will also allow for us to make as many revisions as possible to ensure best in quality results.

How many revisions do I get?

If you are on our Subscription Plan, you can request as many revisions, until you are satisfied. For One Time projects you are limited to 3 revisions.

How fast will I receive my design?

Project delivery can range from 1 week to about 2 months depending on the scope of each project.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time. For one time projects or non-subscription project, please be advised that your 50% deposit is non-refundable and any additional work done would be charged accordingly.
